There are a number of tutorials available online by googling "Cleaner XL tutorial". I have been using Cleaner XL for years, and now I am using ver 1.5 if you have questions I'll try to help. You can also try the low trafficked but still useful forum on Discreet's web site, or the encoding forum at Creative Cow's web site. By the way I agree, at first peruse, Cleaner XL is a a little bit clunky looking for the powerful program that it is.
