How much down time do most of you people deal with on a monthly average? My host has had more fucking downtime for server upgrades, switch changes, power moduale replacements than any place i have heard of. They seem to know 50% of the time when it is going to happen and don't even let you know, which is sweet when you go down for a hour with big forces coming from traffic brokers to a dead url;(...I am running into my server not being online in a "Managed Server" enviorment, dedicated, in and around once ever 12 days it seems like, and worst off, it always has to be ME that discovers it, fucking lame!!. I am having a fucking heart attack dealing with this shit. I know IS Prime is the bomb, but for someone starting out it is not cost effective to use as expensive of a provider...Any ideas here?...Anything that can be done short of changing providers, i am not in the mood to pay to move 20 fucking scripts,. that would be bad.
