Bared.com - ~30 Uniques Per Day; OVT /w ext 46. Short, Brandable, and Traffic!

Considering offers over $2000 (have received some 4-figure offers around $2K in the past already) for Bared.com

Traffic is around 30 uniques per day (OVT with ext 46) according to DomainSponsor - and is highly brandable.

p.s. appraisal comments, ideas, etc welcomed

did you see the names the guy has sold in the past ? WOW nice names dude. I think he knows domain pricing and what he can get for a name if he wants to seel them a bit more than the avg GFYer.

He does have other nice names but 30 uniques for $2G's...a joke...but whatever. If someone wants to pay that go right on ahead.

I've looked at Ron's list dozens of times over the last year or so, and I've always thought his prices were too high, but given the acceleration of the market, he was smart to price them high.

That said, I think cannabis.com is wayyyy overpriced. ;)

The pricing format at Domagon isn't all that great, but that's due in large part to the very fluid nature of the domain name market where domain name value is very much in the eye of the beholder...

People interested in one or more of the domains listed for sale are always welcome to make an offer - worst I can say is no ... often with little negotiation, I'll let domains go ... I don't try holding out for zillions - I like to get deals done quickly, but on the other hand, I'm not going to give them away.

People who think prices are high now ... wait until next year, and the year after that ... with the real estate market values stagnating - that's a lot of cash that's got to go somewhere ... domains are among the fastest growing investments out there with no sign of slowing down anytime soon...

                  To digress a bit ...

Ie. cannabis.com (that some here think is overpriced ;) is a bargain compared to much of what I see sold everyday when taking into account the amount of traffic and revenue; growth potential and massive marketshare in its realm...

Cannabis.com (including via common typos) gets 8000+ (continues to increase) unique visitors per day from a combination of type-in, search engines, and quality hard-links; 4500+ to visit the homepage daily ... gross revenues of approx $100K per year; running $8K to $10K per month right now with most of that being net ... biggest expense is webhosting - I'm paying way too much for that, but right now I'm more focused on growing the site than dickering around with hosting fees... so a buyer could easily squeeze out some efficiencies with minimal effort at the getgo.

1250K USD BIN - subject to change anyime ... sure many here are going to think "wow, what's that guy smoking?" ... well, take a guess LOL!

I've received several 6-figure offers with the top bonafide offer currently at $500K

                  Rambling on ...

If anything, cannabis.com, despite the 7-figure pricing, is among the best bargains I have...

Speaking of years revenue ... 1250K is about 12 years revenue, but that assumes revenue didn't increase - most buyers who have 7-figure budgets likely already have marketing, webdesigners, etc on payroll ... and thus can likely double, even triple, the revenue with little additional cost in very little time bringing the recovery period down to only several years, if even that long.

Send offers for any domain I have to:
