$1000 Epass In This Thread! Sell me your website/traffic/content/idea/whatever

A little background info for those who may not know much about me. My name is nick3131 I have been in the industry 3 years now (will be 3 years in September). I am a full time employee for www.NicheWealth.com as well as a part time affiliate webmaster. The past 6 months I have seen much growth on my traffic networks, as well as I have received a good amount of $ via inheritance. Long story short I've been in the biz for a decent amount of time and I have $ I want to invest.
I have $1000 that has been collecting dust on Epassporte, would like to put it to good use.
Is there a catch? OFCOURSE there is a catch. I want to make my $ back in at the very least 3 months. Hopefully much faster. This is not charity I want to make $ by spending $. So if I'm paying $1000 for traffic or a website I will expect it to be worth more then that on a 6 month scale... thats just the rule of the game.

If you're selling a website (blog, tgp, traffic portal whatever)
I will need:
*Detailed traffic report, with sources of traffic included. (alexa won't do, I want to know where the traffic comes from)
*Proof of income
*Gay sites a huge plus.
If you're selling content.
*GAY CONTENT ONLY, straight content simply not interested.
*High quality, HD preferred.
*If you're selling me non-exclusive I want at least enough to make a paysite (20-30 scenes). Yea I know I ask for a lot.
If you're selling a domain.
*I need to know a detailed stats analysis on TYPE INS.
*Detailed traffic report including sources of traffic.
*Proof of income.
*HONESTLY I am not too keen on buying domains. You will likely have to take a loss to sell one to me. I suggest trying other places first.
If you're selling Traffic
*Not a big fan of buying traffic. I would pretty much have to be SURE that it will generate more then $1000 in PPS sales. Otherwise just send it to your own sponsor buddy.
If you're selling Traffic Generation Methods
*I'm very liberal on traffic generation. Both blackhat and whitehat is ok with me. ONE very important rule of thumb thou. The method MUST COMPLY WITH UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LAWS AND STATUTES. So if you're trying to sell me a bulk email trojan spammer, don't bother I will just laugh at you.

If you're selling me any other idea (new niche, new way to do this and that)
*Well to be honest selling ideas is never easy. There are several issues
1) You break down your idea, and I end up not liking it. I still have that idea.... So there has to be a work around that
2) I am not interested in signing any NDA. For all I know my buddy from so and so would present me with this idea for free a week later. Why should I limit my outreach by signing a contract.
Bottom line TALK TO ME, I am sure we can come up with some sort of agreement.

*Have a good resume.
*Show me how I will make my $1000 back. I don't care if it takes you a week or a month. Same rules apply I want proof of income/traffic/concept.
