OMG! 14yr-old killed a 3yr-old just down the street today!

Just came across on the local news - a 14yr-old kid killed a 3yr-old kid in a house just down the street from us earlier today!!

Damn, and I recall hearing a lot of cop sirens in the neighbourhood earlier this morning, too

Police aren't releasing many details as yet. Might be more on it at 11pm news.

My wife's good friends with the local chief of detectives wife...I'll get her to give'er a call and maybe get some lowdown.

How did he kill him exactly ?

About a month and half ago, 3 people killed themselves (driving into a train trying to play cool) just about 100 meters from my house.

Update:

The story made the national news here in Canada the other night.

They've now charged a 14-yr-old girl with 1st-degree murder in the death of the 3yr-old. Autopsy revealed the little boy was smothered to death.

Both children were foster kids and the house was apparently a group home for troubled teens. The 14yr-old girl accused of the murder was just transferred to the home only a few hours before the boy's body was discovered.

it's nothing to do with music or violent games.

most kids in foster care come from fucked-up parents... and I don't know about anyplace else, but the way it works in Canada is they only try to help the kids, after their parents have fucked them beyond repair.
