for the record I've posted this challenge here a couple of times, no PPS program has accepted it so far.

There's no challenge to accept. Besides being a publicity stunt there's no reason why any sponsor program would 'accept your challenge'.
If anyone wanted to 'prove shaving' they could go ahead and do it without the involvement of the affilaite program.
