We don't care if you fired someone

No one gives a shit if you fired someone from your company and we really don't want to hear about your problems and issues with eachother. That sort of stuff is no one's business and we honestly don't give a shit.

The only kind of announcements I don't mind seeing is if someone is looking for a job/or a company is looking to hire someone new.

By the way, it makes your company look really iimmature and unprofessional posting absurd and/or personal beefs with ex-employees that may or may not be around to defend themselves.

We'd ask people to stop by Trey's house unannounced...

          no shit

a simple "buster blah is no longer with drama, inc, they have moved on to other ventures.....in his place, please welcome brian blah to the boards"

it is in horrible taste to bring company drama to the boards

Glad you brought that up. I've always thought it was rather tactless and lacking in class too.

Reminds me of an email I got from one of the iBill managers a while back, naming several reps they'd recently fired and listing the reasons why they were let go. Like, WTF?! That's disclosure I just don't need or care about.
