Of course, and I really want to nip this in the bud before 7 more people give this standard answer.
High payouts from programs that shave are only artificially high because that's what attracts webmasters who don't know any better.
At the end of the day, those $40 pps sites are still only paying out $15-$25 a join if you factor in the joins or clicks that magically dissappear.
A bad converting program doesn't pay. That's a given.
But all things being equal wouldn't you rather promote a company that you know is going to give you $25 or $30 bucks a signup rain or shine instead of one that says they are giving you $35-$60 but they are shaving clicks in a way that really gives you $15 one month and $25 the next?
