If he doesn't then it's another knock on mexicans right? I believe that a man can do whatever the fuck he wants with his money. If he wants to wipe his ass with it and not donate a penny then that's his business. He earned it so why fucking not. Of course those who do give are awesome people but those that dont give are not bad people.

I think he gave $6b one time to a bunch of charities, he's pretty good that way.

Also he has a program to match investments dollar for dollar for any business who comes to invest in social infrastructure in Mexico, reducing the cost by half.

Yeah what they dont take into consideration is how much money they have outside of just stock. Gates has been cashing out stock for years now...people say he has upwards of 20B+ outside of his microsoft stock holding. So i doubt Gates cares, plus he has givin away billions to charities already.
