Joe Rogan is such a huge proponent of MMA and the UFC, the sport owes him a lot.

I didn't really like Joe Rogan at first but he kinda grew on me. He has actually learned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Eddie Bravo(He Tapped Out Royler Gracie). Joe Rogan has definately help grow the sport by leaps and bounds.

The only defense is to tense up your neck and try to peel his hand off the back of your head. It's a deadly choke once applied, even the best guys can't do much about it if you can reach that position.

Joe Rogan is a fucking moron... There's nothing worse than hearing him commentate... I hope Randy Couture takes over when he finally decides to retire...

I haven't seen Joe Rogan fight. I know he used to do tae kwon do and won a few championships but that is it.

I don't think he's ever had a pro fight, he just trains BJJ and is a big fan. I think him and Bas Ruten are both great commentators personally.

thats one of the worst places to be... I always tap quick I hate going to sleep... big time... the trick is to do what ever you can to not get into that posotion... one person who always seems to get himself there is Frank Trigg I don't understand it.. don;t you learn after the first 4 times you loose that way that wait a min I am jumping up with my opp to my back to soon?

He can be annoying at times, but you have to admit he is promoting/speading the word for MMA.. and that's what MMA needs.
