Anybody pick up the Canon 5D yet?

this is the camera body that will finally get me to leave nikon.

IMO, it is the current best value for a FF body.

TREMENDOUS quality at high ISO which opens up new possibilities for avail light gonzo.

yeah, you need FF to accentuate the advantages of wide angle lens.

this allows artistic liscense with framing, and give images that the surfer will notice.

by getting in close with wide angle you can make average size breasts big, normal size dicks huge, pretty butts into big asses---you can manipulate physique which helps when making images for specific niches.

i seen a comparison between it and the 20d or rebel xt.....it kicked ass on most of it...but the 20d was still beating it in some important features.....but im sure you will do fine with both ;)

let me find the doodly whopper comparison i found

im not saying its not the shit....i mean it far exceeds the 20d.....another 4 MP can be the difference in hair folicle booby shots....///

lemme see if i can find it....was just a couple things the 20d overcame////

It's just not as fast as the 20d is. Most of the stuff the 5d doesnt have and the 20 does a pro would never use.

that was one of the pros to the 20d....I cant find the exact comparison I seen days ago. But I highly recommend you get the 5d and tell us YOUR opinion compare work.....

heres a comparison i found shooting some M&Ms ....you can see the distance detail....

I can already do that with my 20D. To me, this is ALL about the full frame CMOS sensor, the ability to use or not use an extended battery grip, and LI vs. NiMH batteries. I really don't care if it shoots as fast as the 20D because I never max that out in the first place.

Interesting read on the Megapixel Myth.

I am gonna hold on to my 350D for a few more months

Odd's are a Full Frame will come to a more economical Cam in the Canon line.

I think this is what to look at in New Camaras:

Canon's DIGIC II Image Processor, a high-precision 9-point AF system with 6 assist points. Same thing in the 20D as well.

When thats improved its time to buy, but in the mean while that same Image Processor is in the 350D.
