Video content is going to require a lot of storage and is going to burn large amounts of bandwidth.

All I can do near that price figure is our ultralite dedicated server:

      Celeron
      256 Meg Ram
      40 Gig Drive
      100 Gig Bandwidth
      $49 U.S. / Month

Dont go with a cheap route and poor quality, instead choose what you need wisely from a reputable host.

Your price range is acceptable. but you need to be more specific on storage vs bandwith.

                          Thanks for all

Dreamhost is good, but i prefer an European hosting

                          Celeron
                          256 Meg Ram
                          40 Gig Drive
                          100 Gig Bandwidth
                          $49 U.S. / Month
That's good, but do you sell it ?
