Notice how the links to American crimes are British web sites while CNN reports on how the American troops killed an Iraqi who blew up a mosque.
Donald Rumsfiled does like revealing sources that help American prosecutions in such crimes. Maybe he is sending out a warning to troops not to report such crimes.
