No your not, only a few weeks ago i let 3 webmasters go, I replaced them with just two webmasters who want to make money and work hard. It was a great move as sales have jumped 15% in a very short period of time...
Its not easy finding the right person for the job but when you do it pays dividends and is worth all the hassle believe me!

I had the chance to sit down with Darren and Scott in Miami, albeit a late night discussion I got a good understanding of their program. This is a surprise to say the least.
And a few points:
1) There are two sides two every story.
2) Whether or not you would have handled the situation in a similar fashion, what is done is done. Personally it is important I think to keep some stuff under wraps.
3) Employees do go awry from time to time, however not everything is as it seems and everything deserves an explanation. I guess refers to point #1You deserve to make more money. I'll help you do that.

My point was just that it didnt serve any purpose to do it the way they did. Its hard not to become personally offended when employees don't represent your company well, but its better to just move on and find the best solution to improve your company. Then again everyone has their own way of doing things

We haven't heard the other side of the story. No mention from Scott. That could be a sign he has taken advantage of legal help already.
Don't know much about civil law in the UK other than much of the US system is based on it. Not an attorney either, but it is my opinion that if this were in the states jurisdiction, MensNiche would be getting a visit from a process server soon.Comment
