What I find funny is that they say that the event is in Davie , and then at the bottom of the page it says that the location is south miami.

Hate to tell them this, but that is about 60 miles apart.

LOL, even though the Atlantic ocean is on one side and the intracoastal waterway is on the other side the property is actually 25 feet above sea level.

And for just $40 Mil more ($125 Mil total) they'll build a 70,000 sq. ft. house to go with it.

Actually, I have my eye on a 24th floor 1300 sq / ft unit in Blue on Intracoastal. They are tripping over themselves to sell the things. They even came out with a new special.. "only 10% down" for a 400 thousand dollar studio. Nobody is buying at these prices. I am going to wait, scoop, and save :-).
