No iPhone offered in Canada. Mostly because no ATT.
Apple was dumb enough to again build in the battery, and also thought it would be a better idea to not have a SIM card like damn near every other phone on the market.
Even if it was available, like hell I am going to re-enter all my contacts info into it. Now if they used a SIM card then it would work anywhere in the world, and wouldnt piss people off by forcing a plan they most likely dont even need.
