Whats up webair?

Anyone noticed lately that it's is taking a small lifetime to get ahold of a tech over at webair.

One of my servers has been down for a while now and first I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer me at the live help and then I gave up that and started too look on my icq if one of the techs was online but no one where so I gave up that and decided to give them a call.

Some lady answered me and tried to get ahold of a tech and after alot of ringing around she finaly found one guy that could assist me. Then the guy I talked to didnt really wanna talk to me it seemed like he just told me he "Yeah Im working on that server." I asked the tech what he was doing "Do you know whats is wrong with the server?" He just said "Yeah Im working on it right now okay" and then "bye" and I say "bye" too. :-S

Webair is crap. Move to a real host. Either SwiftWill or XXXHostIt will make you wonder why you ever hosted elsewhere.

Seems like webair is getting really busy and well Im happy for them and if that is the case that they are getting really busy I wish they could hire more techs so service will go back to what is was beacuse it rocked!!

When I was looking for a new host I was chocing between webair and xxxhostit. Heard alot of good stuff about xxxhostit might check them out again.

webair has been solid for me for over two years. It's 4am here in new york, so maybe they have their skeleton crew working the shift.

Yeah I have seen him chat with you he is always telling me that you are hilarious lol. Btw on GFY Dao is Rice_Master.

Yeah longdongdollars sites are with webair but they are up and runing as they should It was one of my private servers that I had problems with. :/

No exscuse, a host should always have competent tech at any hour of the day. Wtf does it matter if it's 4am in new york its 10 am in other parts of the world when people may be getting the bulk of their traffic. It's a wonder anyone hosts with webair. Besides the low pricing they offer nothing more. Complete incompetence

DWHS has had record sales the last two weeks, since they advertise more they might be in the same boat.

Crazy for December, January is usually our big month and December average at most.

Their customer service is great.

Their techs aren't that good though, they seem a little "special". The last time I talked to one of the guys he sounded like a total space cadet

I will say one of their techs though one time was pretty good, but I haven't gotten him ever again lol.

Brian, Ayumi, Matt, Addyon and Zagi over at webair are great I just wish they didnt have that much to do so they could attend to my issues right away when I have any.

I adore their customer service lady, Diana. She totally kicks ass.

Their techs never act too worried about the problems and do seem really busy, imho, I agree with you about that GoNe. However, the last time I had a sort of big problem (one of my sites down) it got fixed pretty fast.

I never, ever had any problems getting ahold of anyone.
I usually just use their live chat thing, & always get someone & it never takes more than 10 minutes for someone to answer. And kman is right, the phone works wonders
