Just try going to the grocery store and only buying fruits and vegetables. And NOTHING ELSE.
And I'm not talking about things "from the produce section". I mean only whole fruits, whole vegetables. No pre-made "salads" with meat and cheese and crap! Just real food! Fresh herbs are permitted if you dont already grow them.
Guaranteed that you will lose weight, and be more healthy if you always shop that way. Even better if the food is grown locally.
I have yet to be able to do this myself, but goddammit I will one day.
