    Just heard from my coach that Antonio Rodrigo "Minotauro" Nogueira is holding a seminar on Saturday for a couple of hours in Miami. Not that far away.

    Minotauro is the 3rd ranked MMA Heavyweight, behind Randy Couture at 2nd, and Fedor as 1st.

          How it was explained to me, out of 100 people who start BJJ, 25 will make it to Blue, and 2 out of tht 25 will make it to Purple.
