You seem very proud of the fact that you are slimy enough to rip off honest people and models by using legal loopholes so you can't be sued. Congrats you won a minor legal victory. Name all the models that you hold their domain names and misspells for ransom? Why don't you reveal ALL the facts here? Cuz you know you are ripping them off, and the "court of GFY" won't side with you if they knew all the details?

I've been involved in several lawsuits, most notably against Acacia, which has cost me over 6 figures so far.

I choose my battles wisely, do you?

I knew that the amount of work to get a trademark (for the scope you originally defined) for "raimi miller" would be massive. I saw an oppertunity to sell a service to other companies (mainstream and adult) that would identify those mistakes so they could protect that investment. There would have been an advantage to saying something like "lightspeed cash spent XXX hours at a cost of $XXX,XXX to trademark "raimi miller" but because they made 4 simple mistakes that licienced away their exclusive right to that name"

All i need to be able to make such a statement (without having to worry about false advertising claims) would be the proof of how much you spend and how much work was done SO i offered to give you the domain free and clear for the research you had ALREADY DONE TO GET THE TRADEMARK YOU SAID YOU HAD.

1. the model who plays raimi miller could have the domain for free

I was going to take the loss on everything i had spent to legally aquire the domain name, you backed out of the deal.

you keep implying that i have ripped off other models could you name one (other than raimi miller see above post for why that is not legitimate example)

name one model who had to sleep with me to get the domain (your last bogus claim)

name one model who had to pay me more that what icann legally defines as cost of aquiring a domain.

I have never claimed to be a saint, i trade on the good will to make deals AFTER the domain is transfered. they are free to buy my coding services or not and i suspect they give me higher priority out on the job offers out of gratitude but it is NEVER a requirement to get the domain back because the OFFER of services is NEVER made before the transfer is made.

you know how much time i spent "talking to raimi miller" when you called me up

other then hearing you say "tell {him} you want him to {give} him the domain" (the words in brackets were muffled but i am guess that is what you said given her next statement)

you handed the phone to her and she said "i want you to give steve my domain"

I hung up imediately

you know it because the transcript shows you admitting that.

That why i said "contact me" not "talk to me" because i prefer written communications that way i have proof of everything.

The trademark research would have been worth at least 100k per year

the good will would have been worth 6-8 k per year defered when she quit (one of my companies is a modeling agencies so i could have earned booking fees when she walked from your program)

you could have offered me 20k for the domain i would have taken it, it has always been about the money to me.

and me exposing your companies vulnerbilities to having their trademarks abused is still all about the money.

you know that when i said

i was talking about kinzie kenner and how you took advantage of that loophole to keep the domain

considering that you mistakenly giving me a right to the raimi miller name in your old TOS was the exact same loophole it interesting how you only considering jacking a domain when your NOT doing it.

let forget about all of the slimy business practise and just focus on the "loophole" since both of us used the exact same "loophole"

you (and tucker) used the fact that kinzie kenner signed a contract with a "name and likeness" clause in it to keep the domain kinziekenner.com
you hired some buba to pretend to be kinzie and kept using the word official on your site tours

That way when some surfer came to the site they would believe it was a real site signup and never find her real official site klubkinzie.com.

conversely when i used the same exact loophole on you i could have created a tgp that featured all the galleries of sites which had the lightspeed plugin
pretended to be raimi miller and jacked sales away from your site but i didn't do that.

Care to explain why you believe using the loophole to jack someone's sales is more honest than simply using it to keep a domain you have a right to keep.
