So now refusing to give in to when you claim rights you don't legally have is ripping "off honest people and model"


Let get the fact clear

you trademarked raimi miller for a scope that should have given you the right to take the domain name away from me with a simple icann dispute.

you and your lawyer made mistakes in your terms of services/etc that licienced those rights to me. (4 of 238 common mistakes)

even though i walked you thru how those mistakes gave me the right to keep the domain i offered to give it to the model at cost ( i also offered to give it to her for free after you bitched about it)

you kept complaining because you wanted the domain for yourself.

I knew that the amount of work to get a trademark (for the scope you originally defined) for "raimi miller" would be massive. I saw an oppertunity to sell a service to other companies (mainstream and adult) that would identify those mistakes so they could protect that investment. There would have been an advantage to saying something like "lightspeed cash spent XXX hours at a cost of $XXX,XXX to trademark "raimi miller" but because they made 4 simple mistakes that licienced away their exclusive right to that name"

All i need to be able to make such a statement (without having to worry about false advertising claims) would be the proof of how much you spend and how much work was done SO i offered to give you the domain free and clear for the research you had ALREADY DONE TO GET THE TRADEMARK YOU SAID YOU HAD.

YOU AGREED TO THAT DEAL AND THEN YOU BACKED OUT.

1. the model who plays raimi miller could have the domain for free

2. you could have had the domain for free all you had to do was turn over the research you did for your trademark filing for raimi miller


The fact is your trademark was bogus (not valid for the scope you declared it) so you never had the rights you were claiming you did.

The fact is

i could have just explained your mistakes to you told you that you licienced the name to me legally and your trademark didn't mean shit (if it had actually been valid) so you could go fuck yourself

but i bent over backwards to make a deal that would allow you to fix your mistake for free (giving me the docs would have cost you nothing)

I was going to take the loss on everything i had spent to legally aquire the domain name, you backed out of the deal.

Those are the facts and you know it.
