Since nobody seems to be taking this seriously I'll give it my two cents.
Frankly, I've found it's pretty difficult. No matter how mentally tough you think you are, getting a woman off your mind is almost impossible. Drinks and drugs are definitely not the answer, as you already seem to know.
I think you'll have to find the answer yourself because everyone is different. For me, spending time with my son takes away all stresses and worries on my mind. But that obviously wouldn't work for you.
I think you need to immerse yourself in something you enjoy. You're really the only one who can answer the question for yourself.Comment

Some good advice in this thread, basically don't sit around the house and think about it. Get out there and pick up some new hobbies or physical activities. If you gonna hang with buddies, make sure they are active and not just a lousy bunch who hit the bars talking about how we are gonna hit this and hit that- that doesn't really help.Comment
