Coke affects your brain and the way it controls and receives feedback from your body especially the part of your brain that controls your heart and it also affects your whole respiratory system and makes your heart beat in an inefficient manner. Your heart can even stop from doing too much coke. It's not at all like doing cardio vascular exercise.
