Right now, I could care less about the party that they're charging $100.00 for. Maybe it will be worth it for the networking value. I hate those things though.
But this is from their website: (I've highlighted the relevant points)
? Badges are nontransferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
? Payment must accompany form to be completed
? Purchase orders & checks are not accepted
? Badges will not be replaced if lost or stolen
? No one under 18 years old permitted on show floor at anytime
? Valid government-issued identification will be required on-site
? Attendees must pick up their badges onsite
Bottom line:
I'm interested if the tix are able to go in my name. I'm not interested in taking on a new identity at the show just to save a few bux.

he more than likely won the badge via a contest on the boards as many mayn differnet boards have contest going right now
and he is selling off what he won
and he has yet submit his info to the contest holder and he will just submit your info
