Great, I have an amazing out-sourced staff that I have worked with for years. Difference is I don't train them in the art, I teach them to do the bulk work, then I have to complete a little grunt work.
But if you do no grunt work then you have the best trained seo staff, ever.. that's amazing man.
And how you stay up with the every growing changes and additions with never doing any labor.. even more amazing..
