I don't see how you can expect the host to police that content. If a host starts taking responsibility for one persons content, then they would have to take responsibility for everything on their network.

So where does their liability end then? Should they be checking 2257 docs? What if a girl "looks too young"? Is it up to their opinion?

Never the less, the guy that owns that site is out of australia. Maybe that content isn't illegal there... can you prove the girls aren't over 18? or that the content wasn't licensed?

If you're truly concerned, then you report it to the authorities. Don't put the burdon on the hosting company, that's rediculous.

Of course, if they are registered with Directnic, they are more than happy to police all of the people who register their domains there. Maybe you should research that so they can stick their noses, once again, where it doesn't belong.
