What software do you guys like as far as programs in the line of dreamweaver and photoshop? I'm looking for a program like that to build a website without using HTML. and I'm looking for something good for banner design.

use notepad++ ;). or even just notepad (if you can bear the awful default way it selects text/words/lines)
but you're going to have a hard time building a site without HTML really ;) (i know, you probably mean in an entire graphical interface, probably like dreamweaver...)Comment
