Little Lupe was not de-indexed from Google. The TR site doesn't appear in the first page of the search results because affiliates are doing good SEO. The complaint that was made is in reference to a third-party site (maybe affiliate, maybe not, I don't know) and has nothing whatsoever to do with the Little Lupe site itself, with general affiliate sites, or with the "little lupe" search term.
I have two entries on the first Google SERP page for "little lupe" for a
Little Lupe promo site hosted at Google's BLOGSPOT! Clearly there is no problem.
