The problem is SE traffic is just like any other traffic if its not targeted anymore. If id buy advertising from you i would like to know what people are searching from. If you get big tits SE traffic and i submit a granny gallery that traffic is worth just as much as tgp traffic for instance.

I always see people advertising their tgps with 20% SE traffic. So what? Does that mean i will make more money buying a random spot there? No.

you have a very good point there frank. I guess one way to look at it is the traffic IS search engine traffic so it hasn't been bounced around 900 times, which means they will be more likely to hang out.

What they are search FOR i meant, not from.

And SE traffic for porn is nice but also very general. I mean id love to have it for its quantity but for quality id rather have something more towards a certain niche.

Isnt everybody looking for porn who looks for pics and vids? Tgp surfers are also looking for porn. They just dont type it in.

I see. I believe based on the CTR the ad will get you can estimate a possible CPM to offer having this ppc value in mind. Bookmarkers strength will possible increase it over time.

if you just install a basic script that displays thumbs depending on what the surfer searched for, you will get WAY more for the ads than just a basic thumb on all pages

if you know of such a script then please by all means share it with me. Granted most of my traffic comes from just the term porn. I'm on the first page for it so must of the results will be just "porn" typed into google

you have to know how much your traffic is worth and what is converting with your traffic, i will be not selling the spot. just put there banner with newest site in niche you have traffic for and you will get much more than few bucks for spot ;)
