In my opinion, PAYSERVE are complete deadbeats! They owe money for our services and willingly refuse to pay for them.

I have NEVER called anyone out on the boards like this...but their new CEO's response (I'll post) to my repeated requests to pay the outstanding balances and simply close out the account was met with a "I'm not gonna pay you" attitude.

After having done business with Payserve for serveral years, both providing them content for their sites and sending them traffic. I have to say this attitude from the "So-called" CEO of Payserve Peter was down right wrong and has left me with a VERY NEGATIVE IMPRESSION of both Peter and PAYSERVE!

I have tried to get them to pay for several months via proper channels but they have continually made up lame and nonsensical excuses as to why they should not be held responsible to pay the remaining invoices. Therefore, I call BULLSHIT!

In my opinion, PAYSERVE is completely unprofessional and are thieves.

None of us like to get to the point with a client or colleague that our only recourse is to call them out in a public forum.

I am kind of disturbed by this since I have my european merchant account through them. Hope this is not the beginning of a pattern for them. Hopefully someone there is paying attention and will prevent an exodus of business by honoring all their obligations in our network.

IMC is the "mother" company...Payserve/photorama/virtualxs etc are their "child' companies(as far as I am informed)

I tried reaptedly to get them to honor their responsibility but I think that the new General Manager may be trying to show off that he can save the company but not paying invoices that are due from vendors like myself. And now apparently JMK too!
