What effect do you think the plane shooting will have on sales?

I believe that sales in the adult industry are greatly effected by world events. in light of the shooting that just happened on the airplane in Miami, with the guy claiming to have a bomb, do you think that sales will drop off due to the " Sky is falling " routine?

2- it was the Marshall that did the shooting

3- I dont think it will affect sales at all.

1 - the news keeps saying that it was on the plane, and that is what the general public will WANT to believe.

2- the Marshal shot the guy for a reason! He believed that the guy had a bomb or a weapon, and that will be enough to scare the HELL out of the general public.

People in the US love to believe that the sky is falling, and buy into every theory that is put out.

Would sales drop, thinking that they will need that money later? Or would they increase thinking that they wont have to pay the bill when the world explodes??

I still made the usual amount of money on Sept 11/2001, so I don't see why one piddly airline shooting would affect anything. This is minute compared to 9/11.

In the days right before 9/11 we were averaging 21 sales a day. ON the day of, only 6, and on the day after, 0 and then 2, and then 1 and then 10 as the days progressed.

I know, and I agree, but people are so uptight lately that it is amazing.

I was walking into best buy the other day, and there were about 10 people in front of me. Two kids about 15 years old were directly infront of me, and were talking about something. one of them said, " and that is the bomb " and everyone in front of them turned to look at the kids. I believe that the word bomb had them freaked out.
