    Gym nuts - powerplate?

    theres one in my gym I stayed well away from it till a few weeks back I jumped on and it rattled my brain till i felt drunk
    anyways I started to finish my workouts on it, doing squats on legs day or push-ups on chest day and it kills the next day!

    anyone else tried it?

      havent tried it yet..dont know if my gym actually has one...are you taking anything??
