I think you should hire a real designer, instead of doing them yourself. It would really boost your CTR and sales!

You should correctly crop your thumbs, now the proportions of the thumbs are not right. They look a bit fucked up now.

Also if you spend $30 on a good Philipino designer he will make you 3 excellent looking templates which are better then these.

Amateur sells, I wouldn't get too crazy trying to 'pro' it up, I think you're on the right track with her, build slow and listen to your members.

I agree in that niche dressing it up would be good, but I think some people lose site of the amateur factor sometimes, their is a large surfing crowd the gets attracted to the homemade look of some pages, I know several solo girls that have terrible sites but they have more members then you;d ever image and when they do upgrade the quality they see the numbers go down.

It's all about testing, it's going to be different for everyone, you can't do it over night, but watch the bottom line and it'll tell you whats working

Well with thumbs being outta whack, that will get fixed....We have always had good luck with amateur, we will keep it that way. Alot of guys dont want the shiny pretty look, they want real sex...its that simple

hey Deb, no doubt you know what you are doing and want them to look like you made them ,I get the same shit from people who say they all have to look the same way, one thing I did see on a site was a surfer bitching about your site because it is called Deb's but they said there was no Deb and just some other girl. I assumed it was the new girl you have, Have you thought about just making her name Deb so surfers do not think it is messed up?
