If you was the guy who several times today asked us to send him Manual to unauthorized email address, would be fine if you could say here "problem was solved when I have contacted them from authorized email".
Also let me make a note regarding "suppport is taking ages to get to me" - all requests even from unauthorized emaill was responded A.S.A.P. - if it was you of course
