    I need some help DMCA experts.

    I need some help. Have been "outed" by a site that harasses trans people. They have a ton of not only my photos, but a bunch of mine from my gfy days, which includes many gfy members as I'm in the pictures with you and they found many of me on fubar. This site is known for this and has had full countries ban them from their internet.

      I don't know much about legal issues but photos on gfy and Fubar are posted as public domains. If someone wanted their photo taken down they only have to contact the admin.

      That being said - if they are from your website that's a different matter and you may need to either get a lawyer or go through the process like everyone else.

          It's owned and operated by an extremely autistic person and he can't be reasoned with, a pest -- for the lack of a better word.

          Therefore, under no circumstances should you make it known that you want any information pertaining to you removed. They (both the proprietor and the community) will make sure that you're mocked, and that even more information is uncovered and featured for everyone to see.

          Some options:

          1) Complain to the service providers and hope that they will eventually pull the plug (hint: netizen named Keffals attempted to do this for years to no avail)
          2) Hope that the thread will fade into obscurity
          3) File a suit and try to drain his resources (but be prepared that it will put you in a spotlight)
          4) Befriend some Serbian thugs (assuming he is still in Serbia) and figure out if they can find some common language with him
          Sorrow and solitude, these are the precious things, and the only words that are worth rememberin'

              They had it all down for a while. It was down partially in 2023. Looking into filing suit against him. Others have done it. Only way to take it down is to make him unable to continue to maintain it. Financially might be the only legal way.

              I have every bit of information out there about that dude. He isn't in Europe from what I can see. He is in the U.S. Joshua M00n.

                  Not quite; it was down for most people due to filtering (the IP range was being blackholed) but it never went down, at least not in the sense that you would want it to go down, e.g. the plug pulled for good. Backend was, and is "safe".

                  Currently, it's being served through proxies hosted by:
                  1) PrivateLayer.com (Switzerland, Panama)
                  2) RUMBLE.com (Canada, their Cloud offering)
                  3) Evoluso.com (Portugal)

                  So in this case, there are 3 layers... you knock one of the proxies down, you still have 2 left to go... I'd say that the chances of knocking all of them down would be very slim to none, mainly since Rumble would fight it just for the fuck of it, even if they don't necessarily agree with it.

                  He's in hiding, for obvious reasons, and last I remember, he was hiding in Serbia.

                  He has enough supporters to continue playing whack-a-mole for the foreseeable future, however.

                      I think all he has now is btc links to get any money in. They got all his payment processors, PayPal, etc. all gone. So he is being squeezed.

                      We used to doxx each other on here like crazy back in the day, but the effects mainly stayed within the industry, and weren't directed at family.

                      Well, he is on my radar now. I want the actual USER who posted my stuff on there. That's who I really want details of.

                                              10 years ago I had a lot more "black hat" friends than I do anymore. Though as is said they have everything pretty backed up. Tough to take them down till the owner of the stupid thing goes down to the point he can't continue to fix things.

                                              He has even said he is losing money doing it, and they got all his income coming in from it other than btc, which we know people almost never donate with.
