You could have your tags separated by spaces instead of how you have them in your example...
"porn, review, adult, online, best, teen, reality, latina, lesbian, solo girl, asian"
You could have them like this... The search engines don't mind
"porn review adult online best teen reality latina lesbian solo girl asian"
So lets say you have the keyword(s) "best teen porn" ... repeated 4 times, ( keyword density ) then Google will scan your meta tags to see if they are reliant... if they are not then you will not find your website under such "keywords" because they are not true "keywords" ...
The Description tag and the body of your website is the two main areas where Google checks your words on your website(s)... So it is pointless as to place "keywords" that are not found within these two main areas...
There are tuns more I could say on the subject, however it just too technical...
