I've yet to see a windows "fanboy", or a linux "fanboy" (unless you're on slashdot). However, Mac fanboys and fangirls are like a cult. Like munki put it, 'puters and their OS' are just tools. However, Mac people don't seem to understand that -- it's a "culture" for them.
Maddox explains the whole Apple fanboy culture perfectly.
I have nothing against Apple (other than their shitty ipod screen scratching when a leaf falls on it, or a shitty iTunes interface [as that's the only apple thing i own]).
