Thumbsup to Brian @ webair.

I just wanted to say thanks to brian at webair for taking the time to fix an error on one of my sites hosted there.

There was a problem with this site going on & off & I assumed it to be the host, when in fact it had nothing to do with webair at all.

The problem was wordpress & how it was rewriting the .htaccess & this was the cause of the errors that caused the site to go down.

When I edited the permalinks structure in wordpress admin, there was a space before the / & this caused the problems.

So, htaccess was deleted, site was back up. & went to admin to delete the space & same problem & site would be down again because wordpress regenerates the htaccess.
So, Brian at webair took the time to look into it & he fixed it for me.
Just wanted to publically thank him, because there is no way in hell I could've figured out how to fix htaccess on my own.

I take back any complaint I ever made, it was htaccess the whole time.
