Not only did i pay you 100% upfront instead of the 50% you asked for.. but i got in a car accident 20 minutes before the post office closed, and i STILL made it there on time to send your money order out.. express with a tracking number like i said i would...that was on the 28th.

now its the 5th and i still am waiting on the tracking number....

It would be nice if you could return the same courtesy i showed you.

(i'm really biting my lip right now, so that i don't say some really stupid shit.... have no idea how frustrated i am right now, sometimes i hate this business)

P.S. i wouldn't have brought it to the boards, but i've been given the run around a few times already "my wife got your order mixed up with someone elses when she sent it out" .... "its been sent out, forgot about the tracking number" .... "i've been sick.. i'll send it tomorrow with a tracking number and hit you up".. etc.

this is an unacceptable way to conduct business.

the day he was supposed to send me my package with a tracking number, he told me he sent his wife to do the shipping since he was sick, and that she got my order mixed up with someone elses.. whatever thats fine, but i told him to resend it the next day with a tracking number, and he told me he would have a number for me the next day.

sonofsam asked me a few times before he ordered this content for my opinion - i told him that Fantasy Content has been around a long time and I had never heard much bad about them so to go ahead - I know he will get his content eventually, told him that - but the way they've done business with him is UNACCEPTABLE - the excuses and runaround he's been given are pathetic - for a professional business. He needed the content asap and had an agreement with Dan - one which Dan hasn't lived up to. sonofsam deserves a rebate for his trouble getting the content when he needed it.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

Is it me or does everyone he has either ordered content from or had a real business dealing result in a drama thread? First Steve from LS, then AaronM then there guys? Maybe im wrong, but with the track record I have seen, i would be afraid to sell anything to him. Not saying he's a bad guy.. not at all, just saying there seems to be confusion on all of his content buys and business deals.

He appears to be one of these guys that expects everyone to drop everything to deal with him... I don't understand guys who work on the internet and expect everyone to be available 24/7. The content guy is sick.. his wife screwed up... Why does he need the content "asap" unless he's the one that screwed up with poor planning and stuff in the first place and now expects someone else to bail him out. So now he comes on here and starts damaging someone's reputation because he's the idiot in the first place and he's not getting his cookies and milk when he wants it.. Nice... So regardless of whether or not the content company said "yeah, we can get that out for you asap", what are the WRITTEN delivery time frames they comitted to as part of your CONTRACT with them?????

I told him when i purchased the content that i needed the content asap... if he would have told me that it would take 8+ days to recieve a TRACKING NUMBER and not even the package, i would have gone elsewhere.

So what if hes sick? i got in a car accident and fucked up my knee, i still made it to the post office to send the money order before i went to the hospital... its called keeping your word.

Btw... i've done 20grand now between webmaster to webmaster transactions... with a list of references... spread out between 21 webmasters...

3 of which i've had problems with.... and out of all those 3... 1 of those problems was fixed and everythings cool now (lightspeed)

and the other 2 i've had problems with , it was ME losing money...

so how does the fact that theres been drama with me mean somehow that its my fault??

what about the other 18 webmasters that had only good experiences with me?

UPDATE:

Message was on Dec6th i think

[05:52] Fantasy Content: i am sorry that you felt the need to go to the boards...i told you friday i would reburn the discs and mail them the following day however it took me 2 days straight to do the new disc and i didnt make it to the post office before they closed...i did get the package out in yesterdays mail. i sent it global express (which they told me was a gaurentee deliver in 4-6 days)....because i sent it global express they also told me they couldnt track the package....if i would have sent it priority mail they could have tracked it but there wasnt the same gaurentee on the delivery time....if the content isnt there in 4- 6 days i can upload it to your server if you would like

Today is Dec 8th... still no package, even though it was supposed to be here this past monday...

I called him again and asked him to go to UPS and send it express with a tracking number, but apparently that was too much work, and he said by the time he burned the discs again and sent it again, that the first package would be here...

Oh and he was generous enough to offer me a REFUND if it didn't arrive by next monday.... awwww how thoughtful... fuck someone around for 20 days and waste their time and delay their projects, then just return their money.... and accomplish ZERO.

I'll keep bumping this thread till this is resolved...

btw, thats wierd... didn't know they couldn't TRACK PACKAGES THAT WERE SENT EXPRESS, MUST BE SOME KIND OF NEW HIGH TECH POST OFFICE

i told him to send it express UPS , FEDEX, WHATEVER... i didn't care, i just told him to express it and give me a tracking number..

then i spent numerous days reminding him on icq+phone to give me a tracking number...
