The death penalty isn't racist. Inner cities is where MOST crime occurs in the US. Most crime is also committed within the races ( black on black, white on white, mexican on mexican, etc)..only 12-14% of violent crimes are considered interracial. So when we execute MOST blacks it's because they killed other blacks. Same with whites, mexicans, asians ,etc...you politically correct people need to thinik before you speak.Comment
