This is my first job.

Man, I think I waited tables for too damn long, but I learned a tremendous amount about life and business. It is funny, most businesses can be metaphorically attached to the inner-workings of a restaraunt.

I worked at Winn Dixie too. I was 16 and Customer Service Manager!!! In charge of all the old ladies. That was the shit. I got head sooo many times in the backroom on the weekends. That's when all the high school girls worked. "Uh....Becky to the stock room please. Thank you!"

LMAO! I worked at one in North Georgia. All the Winn Dixies turned into Save Rites now. I remember our CSM was pretty young too which was probably why I got away with walking out the door Friday nights with bags full of expensive meats, he didnt give a shit lol. Those were the days.

1st job was @ dunkin donuts. I was like the freacking only guy working there because the manager is a girl and likes hiring girls. Most of the girls were from my highschool. It was cool, until i got fucking fired.

The girls in my highschool knew i smoked a lot of pot. So the the manager thought i came to work high. The retarded part was i never worked high!

It was good times.

O shit, i forgot to include my second job. I was bored this summer so i got a job at a factory place which paid $10.

Man, thats where i learned the value of fucking $. These people worked 8 hours non stop (30 mins and 10 mins break) doing shit load of work for only $10/m. I wated to quit the 2nd day but i thought it would be really rude because the person who hired me would be really disappointed.

So i stayed for like a month and made like $1k or something. Now i really hate spending $ (unless i really have to) because i know how hard others work for it.

i was a cleaner. No not for the mob, i had to clean buildings. It was a straight fucking nighmare, after 2 months or so i quit, i hated it with all my heart.
Then postman. It was allright, pretty boring and fast work. Later i started hating that too and i went into online adult.

Me too! In fact, that was my first job ever when I was barely 16 and it was in a food market. I stayed there for 8 years before moving on. Gotta love union pay, lol

-1987 to 1993 - Worked in Telemarketing doing opinion surveys. Shitty pay but alot of chicks worked there with me... total plus

-1993 to 1998 - Worked as a 3rd party debt collector and made enough to buy a new house my 2nd year. Yanked in over 35k year one at 19 years of age, totally turned me onto commissions.

1998 - present - a mixed bag of Adult internet biz and Mainstream IT sales to make a very comfy living all the while not having to leave the house ;)

yeah horse racing. i never got into the gambling tho, i never understood the triactors and shit like that. probably all for the best since i had some relatives who lost everything gambling on horses.

My first job was at a TCBY.

The good part was I worked with mostly chicks, so it kept it fun for me.

I also held a job at a Disney Store once. I was the meeter and greater when people walked in. They played a video on a loop, every 15 minutes I'd here the same, "Its a small world after all..." and some other tunes that will make you sick all day. That was one of the worst jobs ever.

A call center I worked for leased out to Disney once, it was terrible.

Senior year in HS worked in the mailroom for Cigna Health Insurance. We used to photocopy each others faces on different body parts of claims coming in...LOL Before the PC really took off and Photoshop. I also used to work there w/ Petey X from Rocket From The Crypt.

Valeted on and off for 5 years. Most memorable moment, was doing donuts in a Rolls Royce on the La Jolla Country Club pitch and putt golf course. We parked cars there during the Jewel Ball.

The best tip was when a hottie would get in a car and she had on a MINIskirt w/ nothing on underneath.

I started working at the Hard Rock Cafe when I was 15. Yeah, I lied about my age then, I was making huge bank and going to highschool lol. After that I remained working/managing bars and strip clubs. Had a receptionist gig here and there, but I kept to slinging drinks, better hours and much more cash. I also worked in the legal department of the Canadian Postal Workers Union, great gig, excellent cash and benefits. Then SHAZAM, smut peddler!

When I was 15 I worked at Bowcraft (an amusement park), then a lawyers office doing paperwork, Ihop, and friendlys.

to support my college education I worked in Burger King and after graduation I worked as a telemarketer for this insurance company, then as an events coordinator.

i worked at a gas station, in a cherry orchard, and washed/bussed dishes in a nicer joint in seattle.

First job I had was when I was 18 telelmarketing for Olan Mills photo studios, it was extremely crappy.

Second job was another telemarketing job for a photo studio where I had to sell
people a photo studio package where if they come in and get pics taken they would win a free trip to vegas It was crap, I only made $6.50 an hr (this was many many yrs ago tho)

Bunch of weirdos work in telemarketing dont ever work there if you can help it. Mostly weird loser people, I guess I shouldn't talk though because I was one of them. I also was almost molested by my boss, he was some white trash guy who made up a scheme to get me into a motel.... His name was LENNY...

I was so stupid and ignorant back then I didnt even know how to sue him or anything, probably would have gotten money.... it was crazy and bizarre.

12 and 13 - Sold no-run pantyhose, shocker guns and pepper spray out of a briefcase, in a three piece suit, door to door, in the summers off school.

13 and 14 - Worked in a telemarketing room selling bahamas vacations to people stupid enough to "enter to win" those cars at the mall.

15 - 17 - Ran my Father's country nightclub.

17 - 21 - Active duty USMC Military Police and Criminal Investigator, worked in a day spa and outcall as a massage therapist, bounced in strip clubs, drove for escorts and sold computers at Circuit City.

22 to now - Four years in ISPs and telecom companies in Engineering, Sales and Management while running escort, foreign brides and now picture rating sites. I also owned an escort agency in Atlanta for a year.

My first job- I was 13 when 4 of my school/girlfriends and i all got jobs at the local movie theater. We were really young; it was not only a learning experience but a lot of fun as well. Not to mention i was working with the same friends i would have been hanging with had we not been working ; )

Picking strawberries. In retrospect, it may have been the worst job out there, but it certainly does teach you the value of a dollar when you work your ass off and only get like $35 for 6 hours of work under the sun. From that time on, I learnt to appreciate the money I made!

Worked in Trumpf cell operations for a 260/86k hi speed NC router and manual 110 - 1000T punch presses.Trumpf factory taught in NC programming and P.I.N.S. nesting and routing packages. Scanned old DC-10 parts to reverse engineer to MD-11 parts. Used loft data and cadfiles to create cutting path programs for over 12,000 McDonnell Douglas, CONVAIR parts. Worked with vendors to coordinate JIT material deliveries and made sure parts were correct by QC inspections after first run. Controlled parts databases for DC-10, F-111, F-16, and MD-11 airframes. Planned material flow per future requirements and tracked shipping and recieving invoices.
Worked ÒSpecial projectsÓ that covered the space shuttle Endevour, Tomahawk cuise missles, ie: GLCM standoff delivery and SLCM platforms, advanced stealth cruise missiles (ACM) and various other defense related items.
