    Microsoft sued over alleged Xbox 360 glitch

    The proposed class action claims that in Microsoft's bid to gain share in the $25 billion global video game market, the company was so intent on releasing the Xbox 360 before competing next-generation machines from Sony Corp (NYSE:SNE - news). and Nintendo Co Ltd. that it sold a "defectively designed" product.

          played with one this week, wasn't that impressed. i'll wait till someone guts it and makes it worth something. the graphics were a little better. i'm so comfortable with the xbox and how i have it interacted with everything in my network. i'll sacrifice the graphical upgrade for 6 months. not suprised that they are getting into trouble. the one i played on froze twice in 2 hours.

                  so true. I'm so glad I'm not a brainwashed sheep who NEEDS to have something the day it's released.

                  People should know better, especially if it's a M$ product.

                  People wait 10 years to upgrade Windows because it's such crap yet they flock to xbox360 waving thousands of dollars around to get one.

                              Exactly. I refused to get one, I knew it would have problems. This time next year I will look into it. Just like with the first Xbox, I waited it out. No need to be the first to have the goods.

                              Same with first year cars. No one buys the FIRST model of a car. Wait until year 3 when the morons who HAD to have it find the problems and the manufacturer fixes it for the next years.
