Do you prefer apartments/condos/townhouses or single family homes as rental properties? Pros/Cons? Ideally, I would like a multifamily home but they are out of my range in this area.

Condos have supposedly turned the corner. More people bought them then houses last year. But go multi unit as the cash flow is much better the bigger you get.Comment
