that's correct, you can't have flash in a sig... that's why you don't see anyone else have one

Thanks very much guys, I wasn't aware of that. I will tell the parties involved that they will have to change the banner to a gif instead.

I know there used to be a hack/trick to be able to use raw html in the sig code,which would allow you to add a flash banner. But this was maybe 2 years ago, and who knows if it would still work with the newer versions of vbulletin.

Google it, you'll prolly find something about it.
