                        Everyone throws around the sue word, Im on my condo board so we hear that now and then. It sounds nice but at the end of the day once people find out what it costs to sue someone that changes quickly. Now big companies do it because they have a dept of lawyers getting paid salary, most here dont have that.

                                Every time I've sued someone I've won. It's crazy NOT to sue if you're right. Through the years I've had corporate, real estate, family and labor lawyers. Every time we've put the cost of the lawyer in the lawsuit so paying for one hasn't been a problem

It shows the galleries were redirected to a PPC program by whoever did the actual scamming. The galleries DID NOT go to the tours. No traffic went to the program.

                                                                                                                                                        Does GTS really think they have the grounds to go after the affiliate program & try to "ruin" them or make them pay because of their mistake?

Does GTS expect them to take a loss too just because they couldn't handle their own biz accordingly? Lame.

Suing somebody in the USA when you live in Italy is simply not going to happen sadly although very, very deserved. But then as dumb as DH is showing himself to be in this thread, even he probably had enough sense to know that before posting it?

                                                                                                                                                                                                        The whole thing makes me soooo glad I moved out of adult and into mainstream a couple of years back. Thankfully now my adult traffic just trickles and pays for a holiday or two so I don't have to deal with the idiots who abound in this business anymore.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        As a final I can't see how anyone can excuse DH's original post 'based on the data available at the time'. Even a deaf and dumb monkey could clearly see that the scam in all probability had nothing to do with the program owners. A noob should be able to spot that let alone someone who's been around as long as DH. But then again, said noob would also have questioned the original purchase and not have been scammed in the first place.
