They are always quick to help you out, and fix the problem. They are good guys. Sometimes shit happens

which one did you get finally ?

We went with one that is not for sell (anymore) I think. It works great, but also has some flaws...Really hard to find a damn good one.(besides hard coded manual updates

)

Next time I maybe would choose MAS/CARMA. This because I know their support is really good. The problem with the smaller ones(when you don't get source code) is that when the programmer/owner decides to go back to school, do other work etc you're fucked...I don't see this happen with MAS/CARMA

Omar is usually very quick to reply when something is up. Sometimes sadly shit happens to all of us. Hard to respond when you aren't infront of the computer...
