About a year ago I ended up stopped at a stoplight next to a van load of mentally handicapped people that were all dressed up like they were going to a squaredance. They were all dressed like cowboys. One of them on the side of the van I could see had a cowboy had on that was about 5 sizes too small for him and he was licking the window of the van.
