Some of us do very good with ad sense on mainstream and man h man, if they could get the right thing done for adult that would sort of mimick the delivery of content based ads (forget geo ip for now) it would be so great.
i know this would be headaches, but it has to be more than possible. I mean guys like choker are making a lot of money selling links. I think with the right mind and/or company behind this - it would be great.

Adbrite is nothing like Adsense. They don't show contextual ads, they let you sell ads one at a time through their system or they display generic network wide ads.
Adult has been really slow on the new shit on the net lately. There are a few big things in the works though and will come to light soon.
