well LA was my first show i had a blast jst talk to people be nice have fun i dunno i was pretty wasted alot i jst went dancing every night met new people and did some business but everyone says Vegas is 1 hundred times crazier i was getting board at 4 in the morning when everyone wanted to sleep i am getting excited for Vegas but i am only 18 so wont be able to get in any of the clubs

myst... gfy usually does a warm up party... the day before the show.. so this year that's the 4th.
other than that... expect a lot of drinking. it's pretty much round the clock drinking and bullshitting.Comment

myst....that is so awsome, it was not that long ago, a couple of years maybe it was our first show and it was Vegas.....this year we will be in the center of the show room floor booth no.617 its one of the largest booths on the showroom floor doing the Internext Live broadcast all days from the show.
Come up and introduce yourself, and we can put you on camara so all the GFY crew that does not make it to the show can see you at your first one....

if you really want to do biz and not fuck around i suggest you talk to some people who are going and you want to do biz with and set up a time to meet and chat a bit. if you just want to party, you shouldn't go alone. or at least hook up with some people who know people. tho i say all this never having gone to a convention but if i did, thats what i would do because i have the same worries, i don't know anyone in person and have never been.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

Make sure you bring some biz cards, a smile and a spare kidney. There will be many networking op's on the show floor, at the parties and in the casino. DOn't be intimidated.. People talk a lot tougher on the boards than they really are.Comment
