                                                                                                                            don't know about the epassporte virtual visa :/ depends on what kind of soccer betting you're doing, but I'd recommend going with www.centrebet.com, www.10bet.com, www.expekt.com, www.unibet.com, www.gamebookers.com, www.interwetten.com (they might fuck your limit aswell), www.nordicbet.com ...

                                                                                                                            but again, depends what you like to bet on, centrebet got the highest limits, gamebookers most sports, interwetten is great for totals, nordicbet great for winter sports + nordic soccer etc

                                                                                                                            Id stay away from english bookies like williamhill and bet365 + others due to problems with limits..
